MEETINGS & EVENTS – 2024/2025

General meetings are scheduled at lunch meetings with locally well-known members of our community following an Education Theme this year.  Meetings will be held usually the 4th Thursday of each month excluding December, June through August.  Lunch Meetings start at 11:30 AM and General Meetings start at 10:00 AM.

• October 24 at 11:30 – Salt Spring Wild Cider – Lunch with Maggie Allison, Manager Career Development & Community Initiatives Gulf Island Secondary School (GISS)
• November 28 – Lunch with Janine Fernades- Hayden – The Circle Education 
• January 23 – Hope Meeting
• Feb 27 – Lunch with Sophia vom Bauer Jackson, Manager of Adult Programming, Salt Spring Public Library
• Mar 8 – International Women’s Day film showing “The Story of the Coast Salish Knitters” by local producer Christine Welsh in the Salt Spring Library
• April 24 – Lunch with Deborah Dancik, CFUW BC Council Vancouver Island representative
• May 29-  Annual General Meeting TBD
